Our Methodology

David Kolb research has shown that experience and it’s analysis play a key role in the process of adult’s learning and therefore we put emphasis on the four stages of the new skills acquisition during the training:
Kolb Cycle

  • Experience – we are open to after- training follow up and feedback from our participants regarding use of new techniques in their daily work.
  • Reflection – help solidify thoughts on the participants. Skilful techniques.
  • Theory – expanding, understanding and knowledge of the practiced techniques.
  • Practice – trainees practice all the techniques, so that they could easily be used in the course of their daily work.

The acquisition of knowledge by the participants  using different methods of training work, activating all participants.

Workshops are conducted in a dynamic, interactive way, which guarantees a high level of energy and a sense of group spend an interesting and non-standard time spent acquiring new skills.
